1. DELEGATION REGISTRATION

2. HOTEL RESERVATION
You can make a reservation for your delegation at the conference hotel, the Atlantis Paradise Resort using the button below.

Please Note: Your individual confirmed room reservations that are canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged two (2) nights' rooms and applicable taxes or surcharges.
3. REGISTRATION FEES
Download here the list of fees per participant and National Society according to the decision of the Planning Committee.

When paying your participation fees, please request that your bank include the amount needed to make up the wire transfer fees, such that the Bahamas Red Cross receives the FULL participation fee amount (exactly $500, $750 or $1500 per person).
To finalize the registration of your delegation, remember to make the registration payment through the Bahamas Red Cross account.
4. TRAVEL ASSISTANCE
Send an email to iac@ifrc.org with the name of the delegate to whom travel assistance will be assigned, or any questions about this section.
The Conference's Solidarity Fund only covers the amount of travel assistance for one delegate of the National Society of the Red Cross. Find the travel assistance rules in the button below.
